Sunday Worship
Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 am with announcements and
the bringing-in of the Bible.
We tend to have between fifty and seventy people in the pews.
While worship is done in fairly traditional style we do make use of a
breadth of hymns and worship songs.
There is a Crèche and a Junior Church
Occasionally we have family services, and at these times we often have
puppets or live drama.
After worship there is always a cup of coffee or tea in the hall with
friends.
Sunday Evening Worship begins at 6:30 pm and is usually held in the
Session Room, accessed by the Alton Road car park door.
We tend to have small numbers for this service; but there is often a
warm and wonderful sense of worship.
These services tend to follow a traditional worship format. Sometimes
there will be a lecture, discussion or even a story-telling session.
Given the numbers, there is more intimacy, and we are able to do some
things that we do not do on Sunday mornings.
Very often, we finish with a cup of tea or coffee.
