Mothering Sunday, A Parade Service – Mothering Sunday falls on March 14^th this year and we are hoping to make it real celebration for the whole family. The Brownies, Guides and Church Mice will be invited and we will be having puppets and special music, to make the occasion more lively. Why not invite friends to come along….and particularly those friends with children, who might enjoy puppets?

 

Mothering Sunday, March 14^th in the evening - Please note that there will be no evening service at TwPG that night as we have been invited to worship at Prenton Methodist.

 

Palm Sunday  - takes place on March 28^th this year.

 

Maundy Thursday evening service and meal at TwPG – The Maundy Thursday service and meal this year is to take place on April 1st at 6:30 PM, in the TwPG Hall. Other churches have been invited and everyone is welcome. Please sign the list in the vestibule if you are interested by March 28^th so that we can know our numbers.

 

The Good Friday Walk of Witness – As usual our Walk of  Witness will begin at the Salvation Army Citadel at 10:30 AM, in the town centre. Our preacher this year is Father Michael Hartley from St. Werburgh’s. This is a good way to make a statement of faith and enjoy some fellowship with other Christians.

 

Easter Sunday Breakfast - On April 4^th join us for an Easter breakfast at 9:00 AM in the Session Room. It will consist of boiled eggs, cereal, bread, butter, jam, coffee or tea….as well as  buoyant Easter fellowship with friends. Please sign the list in the vestibule if you are interested, so that Karen Williamson can know how many eggs to boil. Then, after the breakfast, join us for Easter Sunday Communion at 10:30 AM.
